Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – 2SiiD3S Nail Services
Respecting each other’s time keeps the vibe divine. Please review the cancellation terms before booking:
⏰ 48-Hour Notice Required:
All cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
❌ Late Cancellations:
Appointments canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled time will forfeit any deposit paid and may be subject to a late cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service total).
🚫 No-Shows:
No-call, no-show clients will be charged 100% of the service and may be restricted from booking future appointments online. You’ll need to walk in if you want to be serviced again.
💳 Deposits:
All deposits are non-refundable but transferable once if proper notice is given. Rescheduling without proper notice will require a new deposit.
⏱ Late Arrivals:
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened, altered, or canceled. Your deposit will not be refunded in such cases.
